Consumer Account & Trust (CAT) believes that the true definition of success is to provide you with the tools to efficiently complete your servicing company’s program. We are here to help you with that plan. Your monthly service fee will be automatically deducted from your special savings while all other funds accumulated will remain in an FDIC insured institution.

Account Set-up

You complete an application to establish a Special Purpose Account that allows you to save funds to satisfy your servicing company’s program. With your free account, you will have access to the following:

  • FDIC insured account
  • Monthly client detailed statements
  • 24 hour online access where you can:
    • Edit Banking info
    • Close account notice
    • Email servicing company
    • View payment info

Customized Savings Program

You choose the date you wish to be drafted for your monthly savings. You control your own program, save what you can afford! Your monthly service fee will be automatically deducted from your special savings account while all other funds accumulated will remain in an FDIC insured institution. CAT will then distribute the payments you approved to your payees. With your approval, CAT will send any agreed upon fees to your servicing company.

Complete Transparency

Monthly Statements

CAT mails you a detailed monthly statement and offers you full customer service to respond to questions you may have. Or you can take part in our Go Green initiative and receive digital statements sent directly to your email. Our Knowledgeable Account Managers are available Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST.

Program Completion

After completion of your program, if you save more than what was needed you will be refunded that balance of your Special Purpose Account.
